DISCONTINUE PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES IMMEDIATELY.
ELIGIBILITY:
Entry in the Ritz Camera Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes")
is limited to residents of the continental United States, excluding Rhode Island (no P.O. Box address or APO / FPO address entries will qualify)
who have internet access and a valid e-mail account prior to the start of the Sweepstakes Period. This offer is void where prohibited or
restricted by law. There is no purchase necessary to participate. This promotion is only open to persons over the age of 18 at the time of
entry. Employees, agents, officers and directors of Ritz Interactive, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Ritz Camera & Image, and their affiliates,
subsidiaries, divisions, and each of their advertising and promotional agencies and immediate family members or members of the same
households of such individuals are not eligible. By entering you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor or its
designee regarding the Sweepstakes, including interpretation of the rules and selection of winner, are final and binding.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility.
HOW
TO ENTER:
The
Sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time
("ET") on July 23, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on August
31, 2012 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received after the
Sweepstakes period ends are void.
To enter the Ritz Camera Sweepstakes, complete the entry form on this web page
by filling out all required fields which are identified with an asterisk (*) and clicking on the submit button.
Upon submitting your entry, you will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes drawing. There is a limit of one entry per person, and three entries per
household. Multiple entries from one entrant will result in the disqualification of all entries submitted by that entrant.
Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, stolen,
misdirected, or non-deliverable due to any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software communication
malfunction or failure or human error or problems associated with connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, or service
provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or
inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information that may occur in the processing of entries to
this promotion. Illegible or incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the
number of eligible entries received. Receipt of entry will not be acknowledged, and proof of sending an entry (such as an automated computer
receipt confirming entry or a "thanks for entering" message or screen) is not deemed proof of receipt of an entry for purposes of this Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is under no duty to notify entrants of incomplete or non-compliance entry, or rejections of entries or the reasons for any such rejection.
WINNER
SELECTION:
The
Sponsor or its promotion administrator will select one potential
winner from all eligible entries by random drawing on or about
September 5, 2012. By participating in this promotion, entrants
agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of
the Sponsor and/or promotion administrator whose decisions are
final. The potential winner will be contacted via e-mail and
must respond and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit
of Eligibility/Release of Liability Form and where lawful, a
Publicity Release within seven (7) days to claim their prize
or another potential winner may be selected. Return of any prize
notification as undeliverable by e-mail will result in disqualification
and an alternate winner may be selected. Once confirmed, the
winner's name may be posted on Sponsors websites and in the
monthly newsletter for those websites. No substitution, transfer
of any prize or cash alternative permitted, except by Sponsor
who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute
a prize of equal or greater value, if the prize, or portion
of the prize, becomes unavailable. The prize may not be redeemed
for cash value. If the individual selected declines to accept
the prize or is unable to fulfill Sweepstakes requirements,
there will be no cash compensation. All federal, state and local
taxes and any additional fees are the responsibility of the
winner. If selected as the winner, the winner agrees (except
where prohibited) to allow Sponsor to print, publish, broadcast
and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed,
including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time
or times, his/her name, likeness, entry contents, biographical
data and statements for advertising and publicity purposes without
additional compensation and without notice, approval or review.
PRIZE
TO BE AWARDED:

total of one (1) Olympus E-PL1 PEN Digital Camera w/14-42mm Lens (Black)
will be awarded.
Approximate
retail value of the Olympus E-PL1 PEN Digital Camera w/14-42mm Lens (Black) is $299.99.
Each entrant and winner releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, its suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any Giveaway related activity, or participation in this Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or its web site; to be in violation of the Terms of Service of the web site, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry or registration methods will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify any entrants using such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Giveaway at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization, which is responsible for assigning e-mail, addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and
representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors
in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for
any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by users of the Promotion Website, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated
with or utilized in the Sweepstakes and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission,
communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Promotion Website. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to
participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of
the Promotion Website. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs,
tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which Sponsor, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, deems could corrupt
or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes and select the winner from entries received prior to the action taken or in such other manner as Sponsor may deem
fair and appropriate. IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, ITS SUPPLIER, ITS ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES OR ITS RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES,
REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR

CLASS
ACTION WAIVER:
As a condition of participating in this promotion, participant agrees that any and all
disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually,
without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the County of Orange, State of California having competent jurisdiction, which
Court shall apply the laws of the State of California without regard for doctrines of Conflict of Law. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will
participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages,
including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this promotion), and participant
further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Personal information collected from entrants during the Promotion is subject to the Sponsor's privacy statement available here .
By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant understands that Sponsor
and its advertising or promotion agencies may use entrant’s
information (including e-mail address) for marketing purposes
and to provide entrant with information about Sponsor’s products,
services and special offers. Entrant expressly consents to the
use of entrant’s information by Sponsor and its advertising
or promotion agencies for such purposes.
