includes entry into the Ritz Interactive, Inc. referring
web site’s opt-in e-mail list. The Ritz Interactive, Inc.
e-mail correspondence includes information
on how to remove your e-mail address from
future mailings. We do not sell or rent our list of
customers to anyone, without your permission.

Entry in the Ritz Interactive, Inc. RitzCamera.com Nikon D60 DSLR Mega Outfit Giveaway is limited to residents of the United States. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. There is no purchase necessary to participate. This promotion is only open to persons over the age of 18 at the time of entry. Employees and directors of Ritz Interactive, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Ritz Camera Centers and Boaters World Marine Centers, and each of their advertising and promotional agencies and immediate family members or members of the same households of such employees and directors are not eligible. By entering you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor or its designee regarding the Giveaway.

To enter the Ritz Interactive, Inc. RitzCamera.com Nikon D60 DSLR Mega Outfit Giveaway, complete the entry form by filling out all required fields. By clicking on the Enter Now button on the contest page your entry will be automatically entered into the Ritz Interactive, Inc. RitzCamera.com Nikon D60 DSLR Mega Outfit Giveaway drawing. There is a limit of one entry per person, and three entries per household. Multiple entries will disqualify the entrant. Non-winning entries will not be rolled over to future monthly drawings.

Neither Ritz Interactive, Inc. or the contest sponsor(s) is responsible for electronic entries that are late, lost, stolen, misdirected, or non-deliverable due to any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software communication malfunction or failure or human error or problems associated with connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, or service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information that may occur in the processing of entries to this promotion. Illegible or incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Ritz Interactive, Inc.

The Sponsor and/or its promotion administrator, whose decisions and interpretations of these Official Rules and the Giveaway are final in all matters relating to this program, will select the contest winner from all correct and eligible entries in a random drawing. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor and/or promotion administrator. The winner will be contacted via e-mail and must respond within seven (7) days to claim their prize or another winner will be selected. Once confirmed, the winner's name will be posted on all Ritz Interactive, Inc. websites where the giveaway is promoted and in the monthly newsletter for those websites. The Prize is guaranteed to be awarded, the prize winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability Form and where lawful, a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of first attempted notification, or an alternate winner will be selected in a subsequent random drawing. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable by e-mail will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. There is no substitution for the prize except due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value, at the discretion of the Sponsor and/or its promotion administrator will be awarded. The Prizes is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. All federal, state and local taxes and any additional fees are the responsibility of the winner. If selected as the winner, the winner agrees (except where prohibited) to allow Ritz Interactive, Inc. to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, their names, likeness, entry contents, biographical data and statements for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation and without notice, approval or review.

PRIZES TO BE AWARDED:

All Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply to this promotion. THIS GIVEAWAY IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Each entrant and winner releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, its suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any Giveaway related activity, or participation in this Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or its web site; to be in violation of the Terms of Service of the web site, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry or registration methods will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify any entrants using such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Giveaway at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization, which is responsible for assigning e-mail, addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the web site. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway or downloading materials from or use of the web site. If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which Sponsor, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Giveaway and select the winner from entries received prior to the action taken or in such other manner as Sponsor may deem fair and appropriate. As a condition of participating in this promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court located in the County of Orange, State of California having competent jurisdiction, which Court shall apply the laws of the State of California without regard for doctrines of Conflict of Law. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this promotion), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
