We do not sell or rent our list of customers to anyone without
your permission. Entry in the RitzCamera.com /Linksys by Cisco
Router Giveaway is limited to residents of the United States.
This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
There is no purchase necessary to participate. This promotion
is open to persons over the age of 18 at the time of entry.
To
enter the RitzCamera.com/Linksys by Cisco Router Giveaway,
complete the entry form by filling out all required fields,
which are identified with an asterisk (*). By clicking on
the submit entry button on the contest page your entry will
be automatically entered into the RitzCamera.com/Linksys by
Cisco Router Giveaway drawing. There is a limit of one entry
per person, and three entries per household. Neither RitzCamera.com
or the contest sponsor(s) is responsible for electronic entries
that are late, lost, stolen, misdirected, or non-deliverable
due to online communication malfunction or failure or human
error that may occur in the processing of entries to this
promotion. Illegible or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
All entries become the property of RitzCamera.com.
The
promotion administrator, whose decisions and interpretations
of the rules are final in all matters relating to this program,
will select contest winners from all correct and eligible
entries in a random drawing. By participating in this promotion,
entrants agree to be bound by the Rules & Regulations and
the decision of the promotion administrator. Each winner will
be contacted via e-mail and must respond within seven (7)
days to claim their prize or another winner will be selected.
Once confirmed, the winner's name will be posted on the RitzCamera.com
website and in the RitzCamera.com monthly newsletter. Prize
is guaranteed to be awarded, prize winners may be required
to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release
of Liability Form or an alternate winner will be selected
in a subsequent random drawing. Return of any prize notification
as undeliverable by e-mail will result in disqualification
and an alternate winner will be selected. There are no substitutions
for prizes except due to unavailability, in which case a prize
of equal or greater value, at the discretion of the promotion
administrator or sponsor, will be awarded. Prizes are not
transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. All federal,
state, and local taxes and any additional fees are the responsibility
of the winners. If selected as the winner, the winner agrees
(except where prohibited) to allow RitzCamera.com to use their
names, likeness, entry contents, biographical data, and statements
for advertising and publicity purposes without additional
compensation.

of RitzCamera.com, Ritz Interactive, Inc., their affiliates,
subsidiaries, divisions, distributors, advertising, and promotion
agencies are not eligible to participate. All Federal, state
and local laws and regulations apply to this promotion. All
entrants agree that the sponsor and the administrator of this
promotion shall not be liable for injuries or losses of any
kind resulting from acceptance or use of a prize or parts

computer malfunctions and it reserves the right to cancel
