After having 2 Linksys and numerous problems in which Customer Service gave me NONE I purchased an AT&T wireless and DSL box. Speed better and customer service is better though still not great. There is no such thing as Customer Service any more. Companies have forgotten that Customer Satisfaction is #1. Can't feel too sorry for them when they have money problems--they deserve it. [*]

Its a good product, I am satisfied with the performance. The only thing I notice, the wireless connection sometime get disconnected.

I had another wireless router that quit working. I asked an IT professional and he recommended a Linksys router. It was on sale so I gave it a try. It was so simple to set up, the instructions were great. And it works perfectly so far. I'm very happy with it.
