| The Grand Calibur is the latest in Spellbinders' line of innovative cutting machines. It is compatible with all Spellbinders die templates and accepts 8-1/2" x 11" paper without trimming, plus, cuts or embosses up to 8-1/8" wide with just the turn of a handle. The Grand Calibur uses the same 2-pass process as the Wizard (cut on 1 pass, emboss on the other), but the Grand Calibur allows many more die templates on the larger plates. Perfect for use with Grand Nestabilities dies (sold separately). This machine is also compatible with many other popular dies and embossing folders. This package contains 1 Calibur Die-Cutting & Embossing Machine with handle (measures 7- 1/2" x 14" x 4-1/2"), 1 grey base plate, 1 white cutting plate, 1 pink embossing plate, 1 tan embossing mat, and instructions. Dies and folders sold separately. Exclusive! This product is used by our Rubber Stamping Club and will hold up well with 74 members using it. We are all disappointed that the embossing folders are very difficult to roll through the machine. It's so tight it tears the cardstock. A thiner plate is needed for these folders. I would not have purchased the Grand Calibur if I had realized this as we have lots of plastic embossing folders and now have to use the small Cuttlebug machine which takes longer using one at a time.

This product is wonderful. I own over 40 set of Spellbinders' die and this machine is perfect for the new and older set. You can place several of the smaller dies on the machine at once, and cut/emboss them at one time. The new Grand Nestibilities are great. I have used them to make shaped card, and large frames for scrapbooking. It's a big machine but it does not weigh alot.
