The Canon EOS Rebel SL1 offers a number of high powered digital SRL features in a small body. It’s a great choice for those looking for a new digital SLR for traveling or for new photographers who want a great performing camera that’s less bulky than a full sensor model. This compact SLR is packed with an 18 megapixels APS-C (22.3 x 14.9 mm) CMOS sensor that delivers stunning photos. Its ISO range reaches a sensitivity of 12800, but can go up to 25600 with boost. With its maximum shutter speed of 1/4000 sec and a burst shot capability of 4.0 fps. You’ll never miss a shot. The Canon EOS Rebel SL1 shoots videos in 1920 x 1080 (30, 25, 24 fps) resolution, giving you sharp, vivid videos for your multi-media projects. The fixed 3? 1,040,000 dots LCD screen is touch sensitive, making it easier to navigate and control the camera user interface.

This kit comes with an EF-S 18-55 IS STM Lens, which is a great lens to have around for day to day shots. You get a versatile range of 18 to 55 mm which can cover a number of photography styles, from portraits to landscape.

High Powered Sensor in a Small Package

Despite being equipped with a18 megapixels APS-C (22.3 x 14.9 mm) CMOS sensor, the EOS Rebel SL1 has a small and light body. Thisdoesn’t compromise quality and function though. The EOS Rebel SL1 still contains a number of the features found in most of Canon’s high powered digital SLRs.

Low Light Performer

The ISO sensitivity of the EOS Rebel SL1rages from 100 to 12800, allowing you to take magnificent shots even with dim light. It can be expanded to 25600 for very dim light shots. The noise-reduction technology helps minimize grain and noise that you’d commonly get when boosting the ISO to high levels.

High Speed Shooting

Never miss a shot with its 4.0 fps capacity. Taking photos of moving subjects is easy with the 1/4000 sec max shutter speed. Freeze moving subjects for those stunning sports and action photos.
