The Olympus FL-LM1 Flash for E-PL3 and E-PM1 Digital Cameras is a compact and lightweight dedicated flash unit with a guide number of 10 at ISO 200. It provides coverage wide enough for a 14mm lens. TTL operation is enabled, as well as wireless TTL operation when used with the FL-50R, FL-36R or FL-300R flashes. No batteries required.
