Overall the construction of the product for the price is way better than anything else I saw. My only concern is that the handle might break since it's plastic. But I am really pleased with the overall product!

Great looking mugs - was excited to give away for Christmas with phots of my new baby!!! BUT - they leaked. Was very disapointed.

We gave this as a gift for Nana, and she loved it, it was very easy to put together and was very well liked. It seems to seal super tight, so the pictures should be nicely protected from the elements.

I was afraid that the pictures would be damaged it i machine washed the mug. I was wrong. I have machine washed my mug multiple times and have had no problems. I keep a picture of my girlfriend and one of my dog in it and my co-workers love it.

I got these for Christmas gifts for my office co-workers. I had pictures of their kids, grandkids and pets from making calendars and prints for them and used some of these pictures for the mugs. They were the hit of our gift exchange. I got so many hugs, kisses and tears, that the mug was their favorite gift. To each of them, my couple of minutes to put the pictures inside made them extra special. Almost everyone has kids and/or pets and the more ways to show off their pictures, the better. The price was very reasonable for the response received.

This is a really excellent gift, my family is always bugging me for pictures I put 1 picture of the dog in one side and a picture of me in the other and sent them US postal. The only potential problem I see is the handle looks like it may be a little weak but no problems so far. I suggest using laminated picture to protect from moisture that may get inside but there is a rubber seal to help prevent that too. Overall excellent product for an excellent price
