Commercial Credit Accounts
We do accept purchase orders once a commercial credit application is
submitted and approved. You can download and print the Commercial Credit Application
in Adobe Acrobat PDF format by clicking here.
Corporate credit orders require a signed purchase order. Your first order may require a check for a minimum of 50% of the order, but may vary depending on the size of the order. Orders are held until the credit application is approved, and the 50% payment check clears.
