When I received the frame, it already had a dead pixel but I decided it wasn't a huge deal because it was a gift for my dad that I didn't have time to send back before we celebrated Christmas. Then, when I finally got all my photos loaded, I found out what a piece this thing really is. The thumbnail feature doesn't work. Every time I try to use it the screen just flashes over and over again. Also, when I play the slideshow, the power turns off right in the middle at the exact same photo every single time. This thing isn't worth the money. Now I have to go try to find another frame to buy and return this one in the meantime because we're celebrating Christmas in two days. [...] I guess I should've researched the return policy before buying, but I didn't expect the item to be defective [...] And, the shipping charges I paid are nonrefundable for the defective item that was sent to me. So, basically, I paid the get hassled. I am very unhappy with the item [...] I'll never buy from them again.

When the product arrived, it was badly damaged. Not broken from shipping, but like the product had been put together cheaply and the glass edges were warped and mishaped. It was pathetic. When I called customer service, I was treated rudely. I will never buy from this site again.

Sales claimed resolution was the best, it isn't, Description and box did not specify resolution, Still trying to get auto on to actually start a slide show. Blown highlights, loss of detail.

My mum got me this - she has a bigger 10.4" wood one. This sucks compared to it. Screen size is ok but it looks so cheap. functions are limited, remote is indecipherable. Very 'foreign' looking.

its white so you can see the dust and dirt easly
but at the same rate it is the perfect size
