Unit wouldn't work with my XD card, no further info in packaging regarding this problem. After scouring the Smartparts website, I found that the older versions of this frame (I just bought mine!) don't work with a "Type M" or "Type H" memory card,[...] I shouldn't have to become a detective in order to discover what the problem is.

480 X 234 is not considered high resolution in a picture frame this size. 800 X 600 is.

This product is great! The tech support # was very helpful since I am not so tech savvy. I preloaded pics of my kids for Mothers Day and gave it to my mom, she absolutely loved it!! Great price too!! I am now looking to buying some for a few friends that just had kids, and Smartparts also makes frames with internal memory! How cool is that!!

I believe there may be photo quality correction software built into this product, the pics did appear differnt from the originals. I simply scolled through the pics on my pc as I watch them on the frame and darkened them or lightened them according to how they appeared on the frame. Quick fix and they looked much better. I didn't download and use the Optifix software so that might make a difference if you do so.

the picture frame is poorly constructed. Where frame joins together joints don't match. Rotations of images is 270 degrees.Images are of poor quality. Not clear.
