For a beginner in lighting techniques I found these lights to be perfect. Light, easy to handle and move around. Assembly and break down is quick and easy.

I use these lights to shoot interiors of custom homes. They are extra easy to set up and take down, compact enough to use in small rooms and have enough power to light larger rooms and hallways. Have also used them for portraits and they work well for this, but the light is a little warm. Overall they are a great value and I am happy enough with them that I bought a second set.
