I've shot many weddings using the Lightsphere on SB-600's and SB-800's. I love the way the light is softened and distributed. I never do a wedding without the lightsphere on my flash. I've used other flash diffuser's that give me the top of the frame well exposed and the bottom have a little underexposed. With the lightsphere the light is even in the frame and well exposed. With larger groups I just have to increase the EV on the flash to properly exposed the group. Highly recommend it for any level of use.

I don't own a Gary Fong yet, so why am I writing? Because I got to see the results from its use while shooting the same subject. I was amazed at the difference in our pictures when the photographer standing directly next to me showed me the results from his using the Lightsphere on the same exact flash, same exact camera, and same exact lens as I was using. Suddenly I didn't feel like a professional anymore because I didn't have a Gary Fong in my accessory kit.

Few days ago a college Wedding Photographer of mine; were discussing lighting techniques to use on the fly when shooting weddings and the dfferent aspects that could just jump at you, he threw me this product, to try at my next wedding shoot. Besides laughter I took him seriersly, and my goodness what a great invention. Besides camera's dying on me, flashes batteries dying before the 30th frame, used this invention, works very well was like having a lighting assistant holding a mono-pod with flash equ., gave any direction of light that was needed, bounced off the celings with ease. great invention.
