Each flap pocket on the medium organizer sheet is about 3 1/4 inches by 4 1/2 inches. Each sheet has 16 pockets, which zip closed on the bottom. Made of sturdy plastic, these sheets also fit in a regular binder made for 8 1/2 by 11 paper. I store things like adhesive gemstones (one pocket for each color) and other flat embellishements in mine.
