I use this to cut out card sentiments. I had some trouble until I learned from someone's blog to use a small piece of transparent or masking tape to LIGHTLY attach die to (outside) cardstock. When you are done, just peel the tape from the die and toss with leftover cardstock. These don't nest like the nestabilities do, but they are great for cutting out sentiments or any long label.
