I work in a building that is made of heavy materials. My office is completely void of cell signal. Outside my office has great signal strength. I called AT&T and asked them where the nearest Tower was. It was as easy as running the coax cable (provided) to an area near an exterior wall of the building and pointing the anntenna to the tower. I plugged it in and now I get 5 bars in my office on my iPhone! The listed range of 4' is a bit limiting, but I seem to get about 20' away from it and still get 2 bars. Highly recommended for those in a concrete/steel building. Ritz has best price (I did a lot of research.)
