Even though they cost a little more...these binders are worth it. They are sturdy and hold up really well even with multiple heavy scrapbook pages.

I ordered 10 of these albums to organize 35+ years of photographs. After careful consideration, I chose this for the quality, easy of use, flexibility for sorting and storing different size photographs. I also wanted a standard 8 1/2 x 11 size that will fit upright in any standard bookshelf next to each other. Each spine has a journal template to easily label each volume. My sister had used the typical postbound photo albums, but it was extemely difficult to put them in order because you can't move the pages around. Later as she found additional photos, she had to create a 'miscellaneous' album to put all the misfits in. Plus her albums couldn't accomodate odd or oversize photos. These can because you can put in different size photo pages as necessary.

This is a great album. I love the ease of being able to rearrange pages easliy. The binder is strong. The corners are reinforced. Great variety of refill pages.I especially love how beautiful they look on my shelves. Classic and clean look.

I love scrapbooking and I am extremely picky about albums that are made poorly and do not stand up thru the years. I searched everywhere (online and in stores) for a high quality, good priced 8.5x11 scrapbooking album and THIS one rocks! I bought 5 of these for my family photos, then I bought different colored ones for each of my children for their albums that I make for them. I wound up buying 4 for each of my children so that they'd have the same high quality album, in matching colors thru the years. Definately a great buy! I highly recommend this product[...]
