I just got mine and love it so far. It's the perfect size for my shirt pocket. Setup is intuitive; no manual needed. The Quick Start manual is quite brief anyway.
I comes with an HDMI cable, USB cable for connection to my PC and charging, and comes with an A/C charger. Plus it comes with RCA cables if you don't have an HD TV.
The specs don't tell you how large an SD memory card you can use, so I'll have to just buy an 8GB and hope it works OK.
One negative is how to hold it without covering the lens. I decided that holding it by the top and bottom speakers workes the best.
