This power strip was the third one my daughter has used in South Africa. The first one burnt up. The second one brand new and a different brand would not work. She only has one plug in her room so a power strip was important to have one that worked. Her roommates worked so I asked her what the brand name was. It was a Tripp. I ordered one and sent it to her and IT WORKED!!! She was thrilled!!
