To the guy above - you have to keep the lid on and locked for it to be spill proof :)

I really like this item because it snaps onto my bags and is easy to use in the gym.
It was very cheap and extremely reliable.

The cool thing about this bottle is it has a dial that can count how much you drink. I guess "leakproof" means if you set it upright, it probably won't leak unless it gets knocked over. Or, if there's nothing in it. Serious false advertising here...there's a big hole in the top!!! How is it not supposed to leak? I might not be the smartest man, but I'm pretty sure that if something is leakproof, it's not supposed to gush water out of the top.
