The drive is OK, but is quite slow. Despite a huge effort, I could not get the included Genie software to work. I tried many others, some of which caused data loss. Second copy is the best I could find, but Bounceback Ultimate is also OK. Do not use junky freeware software to backup - you will be sorry.
