Don't waste your time dealing with Ritz Camera. Listed fan as 12", rather than 17" as the product number corresponds to on manufacturer's website. When I called customer service, I was tranferred to someone in India who was absolutely no help and agreed that the number did correspond with the 17" fan, but could not assure me that if I ordered it from their site, that's what I would get. Lack of information regarding product on website and customer service useless.
