So far this is a great product all though I've only had it a short time. One concerting item is that the LED describing the heat setting for the sealer is already starting to fail. I'm hoping this doesn't affect the sealing operations. Other that this, it seems like a very good machine. If the LED gets worse, I may just send it back for a replacement.
Overall, it's a good unit.
