Used this in the gym where the stereo component burned out but was able to use "Aux" setting to hook our MP3 players to get music in the gym. for 50 feet worth of cable allows us to keep the player in a centeralized location while the stereo system can be placed in the upper part of the gym so everyone can hear the music!
