62mm Ultra Violet (UV) Filter

  • Advantage: Absorbs UV rays without affecting exposure and protects lenses from scratches.
  • Benefit: Protects your camera or camcorder lens against dust, moisture, fingerprints, scratches and damage.
    * This filter can be kept on your camera at all times.
    * No UV rays give better contrast in an image
62mm C-PL Circular Polarizing Filter
  • Advantage: Polarizers provide color and contrast enhancement. Reflected light often shows up as whitish glare that washes out color in an image. A Polarizer corrects this problem producing deep, dramatically blue skies. It also removes glare from non-metallic surfaces, such as windows and water. Color saturation in general, especially outdoors, can be improved significantly. Removes reflections from non-metallic surfaces.

Very convenient with included case, if you're like me and have different sized lenses just mark the case with a silver Sharpy with the size to quickly find the correct size. However when using do not stack, UV and polarizer. At longer focal lengths on my D-80 it will cause vignetting. Overall very useful
