Very easy to use by following guidelines printed on edger punch and using corner punch first to complete a full around the page punch. Use it to decorate edges of 12x12 papers, picture matting, and actual pictures. The only problem encountered is that it sometimes doesn't line up exactly on odd sized papers.

I was able to use this in combination with a matching corner punch to do three edges on the front of a card. All segments alligned perfectly.
