I purchased several large punches. This one will not work at all. It doesn't punch. I am requesting a refund.
Does not cut cleanly.

I have many Paper Shapers punches and have been very pleased with all of them. However, the XL sizes are not sharp enough. These XL punches look as though they're made the same as the smaller versions, but there's something wrong with them. I bought 4 of them and they all cut poorly.
