The picture quality is not good compared to other frames and the file manager is difficult to use. I can't figure out how to play my pictures in a certain order, even after being on the phone with the support service.

For some reason I haven't figured out yet it does not display some of the pictures on the flash drive. The instructions for use are not easy to understand and are not given in a step by step fashion which makes setup and use difficult and time consuming.
