I have a quite a large display of fotos. Mostly I have used frames in the Ritz family of products. It was great to be able to order exactly what I wanted online. VERY disappointing that the frames were damaged. Thus, I will never again trust your company for online purchases. oh well, maybe I can find a similar product from a similar company. thank you.
