So far - the pages seems very strong and wont tear at the seams/edges or tear away from the posts like a lot of other photo sleeves. Hopefully it will not stick to the photos or become unclear & dirty.

I have recently purchased 2 packages of these photo holders and am really enjoying using them. The leftover photos that you decide not to scrapbook can now still be included in the album. These pages are slightly larger than my 12 X 12 scrapbook pages, but they fit nicely in my album. I have already recommended them to my scrapbooking friends!
