Create beautiful torn edges quickly and easily with Essentials paper tearing rulers. The 13 size makes it a perfect tool for scrapbooking. Each tearing ruler is made of heavy duty colored aluminum and each has a large tearing edge on one side and a small edge on the other side. Rulers have a -0- centering mark for cropping and alignment they also have an inside flat edge to measure and draw straight lines.

I've been meaning to buy one of these for a long time. I use it to deckle the edges of watercolor paper and it has really come in handy. It's easy to use and works soooo much better than just ripping by hand. I like the two different edges the tool has... allowing you to pick the severity of the deckle. I do think the small edge is not as noticeable as I would like and the other is too severe. I wish there was more of a happy medium. It does give a very natural look though.
