I use this product to shoot wildlife and sports programs. It is quick and easy to set up to most any height and it feels secure as it holds my f2.8 70-200 mm Lens with 2x tele-adapter and camera body. I know of no negatives for this mono pod.

I shoot a lot of High School and club sports. This monopod has served me very well for over a year without any issues. I have loaned it to a few other folks that needed one and each one has asked me for part numbers so they could purchase the same. No Frills bot works great.
