[...] I have had problems using the Creatopia. I contacted Xyron and received an answer back immediately. Not only did they send a replacement for the laminate cartridge,( it had immediately jammed when I installed which caused wrinkling to entire roll. They also sent an additional part to improve the roller function They sent the same part to my mother who also was unable to use the machine I had purchased for her a year ago. I can now recommend the Creatopia based on great customer service.

Font size on instructions are too tiny to read without magnifying lens. Details on installing laminating component are incomplete. Laminating on project has wrinkles. Unless you do multiple projects at once there is lots of wastage.
