Comments about T-Fal/Wearever T-Fal/Wearever 1.7L VitesseS Kettle:
Very powerful, more than other comparable products, boils water almost instantly. You can control the temperature of water, which is an important option for making a good tea. I liked the previous version of this kettle which was a bit smaller and lighter, more convenient for a family of two or three people. Alas, they no longer produce them. But this one has some advantages which make a lot of sense.

I gave it to my parents 2 years ago and they are still happy. Now, when my old kettle died this was a reasonable choice.
