This isn't a bad unit, although the interface is a bit on the ugly side. However, there is one serious technical issue you should be aware of if you plan to purcahse the bluetooth adapter with this unit. Although advertised and described in the manual as supporting HFP (Hands Free Profile) to allow address book synchronization with bluetooth phones, this feature DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY on many phones, including the iPhone. (Technical support claims this is an issue with the phone; however, I've properly sync the address book with Alpine and other head units without any issues, so this is simply not true). The issue was brought to the attention of Jensen's technical services and they've specifically decided that they have no intention of fixing the issue now or in the future. If bluetooth synchronization is important to you, DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT.
