This product replaced my Palm T2. My primary reason for purchasing the ASUS was to manage my to do lists, calendar and contacts. I also was looking foward to accessing the Internet when away from office/home. I own a small company and generally do a lot of my own IT stuff. If a situation is beyond my capabilities I utilize an IT consultant to help me out. In a nutshell...I am disappointed. The ASUS never sync'd up with my Outlook. (XP Professional.) After spending too MANY hours troubleshooting (using Microsoft's, ASUS' and user group's troubleshooting suggestions) I turned to my IT guy. After he spent a couple of hours trying he determined it wasn't going to sync. I finally resorted to third party software (AnyTime @ [$]). It finally syncs. Accessing the Internet is quirky and, at best, iffy. Overall, I'm disappointed. I expected much better performance from this product.
