This was the case that was recommended for the Nikon S52 camera. The camera does fit in the case but it is a tight fit and with the optional sun shade on the camera it does not fit in this case.

Space inside is sufficient for camera and a memory card or two. Strap is to flimsy and is not comfortable.

I bought this green case to go with my new Nikon Coolpix S52 Eco-green. It is such a tight fit that it was unusable for me. I returned it.
If it was just a tad larger, it would have provided strong protection for this camera.

Overall, I really like the case. It is sturdy and compact... I carry my camera in my purse wherever i go and it never feels bulky. I purchased the case for a NIKON COOLPIX S52. It fits great, but because of the snug fit, it often turned the camera on in my purse (when i first bought it) and when I went to grab it to catch a shot the battery in my camera was dead! Luckily, this case has a little mesh pocket inside which I now use to hold the battery for my camera when it's stored in the case. It's simple and quick to put the batery back in and I always have bettery life when I need it! Only other drawback is the mesh flaps on the inside of the case that sometimes get in the way of zipping the case up.
