Picture quality is good. The frame is sturdy and attractive looking. Transferring photos to it is a horrible process. It has taken hours to get a few photos transferred and now it won't accept anymore. I tried their troubleshooting and using their software. Still no help. I am returning today.

I am happy with the purchase. The resoultion is beautiful. The only complain I have is that the setting cannot be saved. Each time when the unit is powered off the setting is lost. Overall its a great picture frame.
