This product was a nightmare right out the box on Christmas. I bought this for my eleven year old daughter and wouldn't reccomend it to anyone. First of all the directions were very vague. Then we couldn't download ANY music to the player. The touch buttons feel like if you touch them too hard they'll break. The player also feels like it's hollow on the inside (very cheesy)! Since we couldn't download music, we tried the FM stations, those worked, but the sound quality was a joke. Called Coby directly and the Representative tried to help me. He told me that THIS MODEL won't accept store bought cd's as downloads and a host of other restrictions for downloads. Once he helped me the player displayed an error code. He suggested I send it back because it had an internal problem. I have an iVo mp4 player and I love that!
