It's not going to make high art or anything, but it's a very nice camera for the price. The lens is sharp and not prone to color or light aberrations as far as I can tell. Not as many in-camera features as some comparable cameras, but much less expensive to compensate. I was replacing an older "small" digital point and shoot, so I love how thin and light this one is. The only negatives I've noticed are that the auto focus is a little jittery and that they put the on/off switch right next to the shutter release, so it's a bit easy to accidentally turn off the camera when you're trying to take a picture (though I wouldn't say that's been a huge problem for me. Just happened a couple of times). The LCD is smaller than on many comparable cameras, but for me that's a bonus since a smaller LCD improves battery life. For the price I was very pleased.

I needed a new camera to keep in my purse & this is definitely a great one. I really love the size of this camera. I was able to take pictures & look through them & delete pictures without opening my instruction manual.

i use the camera to take pictures in my every day life and for art shots. so far i have been very satisfied with the picture quality and and the small size makes it easy to take wherever i go. on the LCD screen sometimes the pictures with a flash look a little grainy or too "something" i dont know the word but on my computer they looked great.

I use my new camera for everything from goofing around with my friends to taking photos for my Photography 400 level classes. As a semi-professional photographer and a crazy college student this camera works for all of my needs. I love how user friendly it is. I didn't even need to read the instruction manual because it was so intuitive and the quality of the photos I get is superb! My family took our family portraits with this camera this year, and even after we blew them up to poster size to put on the wall the pictures looked great. It also comes is fashion colors which are fun and make my friends jealous. Overall this is the best camera I've ever bought.

Bought this camera as a Christmas gift for my daughter to capture the busy life events of two kids, 2 cats and a new puppy! The ideal camera had to be small (pocket sized), durable (for a very active lifestyle), easy to use (point and shoot), and have excellent picture quality. This little gem does all that AND it comes in such fun colors! Daughter just loves this camera and it is just perfect for capturing life as it happens!

I got this for my daughter for Christmas. She loves it. Very easy to use and change modes etc. Menu easy to understand and intuitive. Slight delay when taking pictures causes some issues when taking action shots.

I bought this camera for my wife, who is intimidated by the size of our Coolpix 4800. She loves the camera for its size, ease of use (she hates changing modes and pushing buttons), and style. Our only real complaints are that many pictures are overexposed (which is easily fixed in iPhoto), and it the face recognition doesn't always recognize faces.

This camera was purchased as a gift and replacement for a broken Nikon S200 (accident damage not product failure of the original). The total price was great, less than many sellers on Ebay and a lot less than other retailers in my area.

It's simple to use, easy to carry, and looks nice in the 'Plum' color. It's main use is as a fun camera for taking snapshots when 'out and about' and is great value for money...definitely would buy Nikon again.

I love the camera, it is super light and easy to use. I wish it had more features though. The menu is confusing to use because of the way it is set up, I am not sure if I like the layout of the different options. The font and color of the menu also bug me. All in all the camera is super user friendly and the pictures are very clear. It is an amazing camera that makes everyone in the pictures look good in every type of lighting.

Camera is easy to use and very small. It can fit in your back pocket with no problem. Also when you first open the camera there is some battery life.

I have been using my camera in a casual fun manner and it's my first digital camera. I love it so far. But I'm a clean freak and I can't stand how the LCD keeps fingerprints. It needs to come with a special cloth.

Great quality! For a great price. I was suprised to learn that this little camera took such great pictures. I also have a casio 10 Megapixel camera that cost a lot more, if i would have tryed this Nikon camera out before I bought the casio I would have saved money and would have been happier. Sometimes you think your gonna get more with more megapixels, but its not the case all the time! Im more satisfied with this nikon camera!!

This is my 5th Nikon camera. I had 2 manual SLRs and one automatic SLR. My first cool pix was a 4.0. The only bad thing about it is the lag time on the picture's. I still have my manual SLR but have not found a reason to use it since I got my D-60. Maybe one day I will go out and buy another roll of film. I always manage to get some great shots with my cameras. The 4.0 worked great in low light and I can't wait to get the chance to try out some new things with the S210.

This camera is AMAZING I not only shot my brother's entire wedding with it in low light, I went to a wrestling match where we were seated at the last to the top row and the pictures were great. The camera is easy to use, big bright LCD, and the outdoor pictures are breathtaking. I would recommend any one that wants a nice point and shoot in a NIKON to buy it you won't regret it.

I've never been real good with a camera. But, this one has made the difference between not wanting to try and actually getting some great shots. Easy to use and easy to upload to the computer for printing or sharing with friends.

After being recommended a Nikon, I am having second thoughts about my next camera. I bought this camera one month ago. Two weeks after purchase (not even one week of use), a blue screen appeared on the LCD saying "lens error". I didn't drop the camera nor did I have any sand or small particles known that were in the lens. Thank goodness I purchased a year warranty. I am worried now when I receive the camera that the same problem will happen again..I'm crossing my fingers. Last but not least, I always like to end on a good note though, so I will say that it did have many features that were good for a photographer who is willing to learn.
