    I purchased the My Book Pro about 3 months ago as additional storage for my photography business. The unit is compact, quiet and has tons of space. I'm totally happy with my purchase it was pretty much ready to go from the moment I plugged it in and the automatic backup software that comes on the drive is pretty nifty too.

    The My Book Pro also looks good on my desktop alongside my Lacie drive. The only reason I didn't purchase another Lacie was because my partner has had bad experience with them in the past and the price of this unit was stellar!

    The only con is that it doesn't have extra firewire inputs to daisy chain components, but there are additional USB ports.
