It took hardly a minute to setup the drive.eSata speed was showing around 55 MBps. I expected it to be above 100 MBps. But even then the drive is blazing fast. I can go on and on about this drive.
Highly recommended as a cheap and good storage option.

Have been running for 2 weeks. Hardly heats up!!.

A great feature is that the disk shuts down when it is not being accessed. This makes it extremely quiet and should extend it's useful life. On USB 2.0 the speed is what I expected. eSATA would be faster.
