I keep seperate files for program discs, personal projects (video), music and photos. I trim the disc covers on music CD's and place them in the back of the sleeve for song reference, use the end strip on the top of the sleeve (to identify when disc is out of the sleeve) and place the disc in the front. Having seperate sleeves rather than preset pages is a real help since I can reorganize at a later date without removing and re-filing everthing - I just resort the sleeves if needed. I also like being able to add sleeves as needed. Now I have a row of labeled booklets instead of piles of messy discs. I can actually find things! What a space saver.
