This frame has so many pluses over what I had and what I looked at. I don't know how much room I get to write - but write I must. 1)The frame wood itself is awesome. Shiny, grain and well joined. It is connected to the frame with discreet screws - like a 'real' frame. I saw some with giant thumbwheels that looked like an afterthought - needless to say I elected for these screws... 2)The rear leg is strong and locks into position securely.3) The picture quality is astounding. We can see the image FULLY clearly from the sides - the others we looked at, when we moved 'off center' distorted the picture into a blob of color.4)It connects directly to my PC (I'm running Vista) and I can batch download directly to the frame or inserted SD memory.5)My older frame wouldn't play video well... it was jerky but this frame must have a better processor or something6)The instructions are almost funny - in a good way. They are well written, very easy to understand. It's as if they are actually talking to you as a human7)The other reviews on the products talk of their customer service. I haven't tried it but it says on the box some really 'nice' customer comments and they claim to be genuine. It's also in the USA, not overseas and that I like.8) I have some really high quality images on show and they're all on the frame's memory - so I have no need for my SD card in the frame all the time. With 1GB space, it says I can hold 5000 pictures!!!! I have a lot of picture taking to fill that up!This frame does a bunch of other stuff like play music and do ebooks but I haven't got that far. It's an awesome frame, and MUCH MUCH better than the cheapy plastic ones that seem to offer much more than they deliver. This one delivers on it's promise.
