    I ordered two of these for my grandchildren. I could not get a full screen and called Coby twice. The first time I could not understand the gentleman that answered. The second time I was told that the format on my computer was wrong for this frame. They could not tell me how to format for the full screen, they said they were not computer techs. So, now I am stuck with two frames for [$] that I am not happy with [...]. Will not buy anything else with Coby on it.
