Comments about Kodak EasyShare P712 Zoom Digital Camera:

I've shot film for Years - mostly with Minolta SLRs, a bunch of lenses and a Monster flash.
Now that I have this Jewel the whole mess is obsolete! It does EveryThing I could do with film PLUS record as much good quality video as I have memory cards for.

Comments about Kodak EasyShare P712 Zoom Digital Camera:

This is my first digital camera, I must say that I am verry pleased, My P712 is the perfect camera for the hobbyist or the novice. The 12x zoom is amazing, it will show every-thing! zits, scars, markings. I have my wedding picture on the wall and used my P712 to take a picture of the wedding picture, I was amazed at the picture quality and after printing an 8 x 11 on my HP Photosmart D7360 the picture from my P712 looks alot better than the original. The P712 picture quality is poor in low light, an external flash will compensate for its lighting problem. I carry three rechargable batteries and three kodak 1G memory cards for shooting videos. The P712 is my point and shoot on steroids
