Comments about Hewlett-Packard Photosmart R927 Digital Camera:

I have had 2 of these cameras in the last year. The first one lasted 3 months when a "charging flash" error appeared on the LCD screen and I could no longer take any pictures. HP replaced the camera with another, this one has lasted for 9 1/2 months and is doing the same as the first. Because it has been just over a year since my original purchase HP will not replace this one and so I need to purchase a new camera. Poor customer service!!! Great camera until it stops working.
