I purchased this product some time ago and finally used it to try to salvage some of my two-year old daughter's worn and scratched DVDs. This product brought many of her DVDs back to life! It's very easy to use! The only negative (and it's minor) is that you have to remove and reattach the base units if you are changing the disks based on the type of repair.
