This is the worst circle cutter ever! It only cuts part the way around the circle. I was so excited when I bought this because I make handmade paper flowers that are layers of assorted sized circles, and this seemed like it would be perfect for making them quicker. It turned out to be junk. The idea is great, if it worked. I work at a scrapbook store, so I took it in and opened up another one thinking I had a defective one, but the second one did the same thing. Several other people tried it, and had the same luck. Don't waste your money on this one.
