Could never get phone to work with voice dialing software which was created in 1996. Ancient technology, no websites that support the product. Nortel has dis-continued the phone and doesn't offer any support for the phone. Even if you did get the phone working, a second clunky old PC operating windows 98 located near your phone wouldnt be very appeasing.
